broken keyloud event
i was SO READY for a relaxing stay. Alas, my room key failed to work consistently. I needed assistance from the front desk each time to enter the room. This became quite tedious and I'm surprised they didn't fix it. Plus, the event next door was very NOISY and the soundproofing was non existent. I did not get much peace.

the room be huge, really a suite. the air conditioning worked well, a big plus. breakfast buffet includes many choices. staff is friendly, especially the porters always available.
staff sometimes came into rooms without knocking, that a bit disruptive.

I found the hotel stylish. my room had good wifi and air conditioning. i also appreciated the constant supply of bottled water and a big breakfast buffet. the staff was friendly and helpful. The porters were especially kind. the lawn had seating which i found appealing.
the systems need upgrades. my room swipe key did not work consistently. i had to get assistance from the front desk each time i wanted to enter.

the hotel features lush green lawns, adding to its warm exterior. there are well-maintained banquet halls available for events. the hotel is near the stock exchange and the punjab assembly. i noticed significant upgrades were done in the past few years.
